Growth and technical training plan **Nubit is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator in Ciudad Del Sol \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the Position We are a technology company ecosystem in Zapopan seeking an IT infrastructure professional to ensure the availability, security, and continuous performance of our systems. If you are passionate about technology, work methodically, and enjoy resolving problems before they become incidents, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Deploy and configure servers for new clients, perform periodic updates, and manage subdomains according to business needs. Manage repositories and access permissions on GitHub and JIRA; execute deployments in QA, pre-production, and production environments within scheduled maintenance windows. Maintain network infrastructure: monitoring, diagnostics, device configuration, and implementation of security measures in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team. Handle access reports, account issues, and equipment errors; provide technical support to internal users; manage equipment delivery and retrieval during employee onboarding and offboarding. Keep hardware and license inventories up to date; document configurations; proactively report infrastructure requirements to the department head. Serve as backup for the Cybersecurity team; meet SLAs for incident response; ensure continuous IT system performance. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Networks, Computing, or related field 2\-4 years of experience in similar IT infrastructure roles Linux and/or Windows server administration Network, DNS, subdomain, and VPN management GitHub and JIRA proficiency (repository creation and access management) Basic cybersecurity and firewall knowledge Experience in technical support and SLA management Basic technical English (documentation reading) Desirable: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Grafana, or similar).
