If you seek to join a company in constant evolution, we’re waiting for you! Mission Receive routes and control information systems related to the Vending area that facilitate channel administration. Responsibilities Administer the integrated commercial system operation together with the vending system. Develop and periodically print operational reports for Vending Coordinators and Vending Sales Manager to track the vending channel. Add and remove customers in the vending system. Prepare forms for adding and removing staff assignments and route them to APyE for processing. Generate the daily Hand Held incident report and send it to Vending Coordinators and Vending Management. Receive data from the Hand Held terminal. Daily receipt at the end of work shifts and record key handovers for vending machines—both for technicians and vending agents. Receive requests for vending machines, soft drinks, snacks, as well as BLaK coffee, and route them to the refrigeration department. Create preliminary entries and reservations in the SAP system. Follow up on and resolve telephone contacts regarding technical failures, service requests, or customer complaints. Attend training courses developed for your position. Maintain confidentiality of information. Comply with internal policies and regulations. Keep your assigned work area clean and presentable at all times. Education Completed technical or professional degree; certified. Experience Administrative functions, sales support, internal and external customer service, report updates, Microsoft Office proficiency. Important!
