This opportunity could be for you.** **An engineering solutions provider company is looking for your talent as a Lead Profiling Executive.** * **Responsibilities** * You will be responsible for the initial contact and identification of potential clients, interacting with them at the beginning of the consulting process, and, if viable, assigning them to different sales departments and following up until the opportunity is closed, achieving the goals set by the company according to our corporate policies. * Prospecting potential clients via phone calls, emails, and CRM. * Qualifying leads according to predefined criteria established by the company. * Scheduling appointments with qualified leads for the Advisors team. * Maintaining an updated database of leads and potential clients. * Providing high-quality internal customer service. * Collaborating with the Advisors teams to achieve established sales targets. **What we are looking for** * Education: Bachelor's or Engineering students (final semesters) or professionals with similar experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telephone sales. * 2 years of experience selling technological solutions (preferably software). * Desirable experience prospecting within the Manufacturing sector. * Effective communication and active listening skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management. * Proactive attitude, customer-focused and results-driven. * Intermediate English reading skills. **What we offer** * Base salary: $15,000 gross * Monthly commissions * Food vouchers * Minor medical expense insurance * Career development and growth plan * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am \- 6 pm * Work location: Puerta de Hierro Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application questions: * How much experience do you have in lead qualification and follow-up? * How much experience do you have in telephone sales? * What is your level of English? * Do you have experience selling software?
