What does your day-to-day look like? Implement JLL’s HSSE strategic objectives and ensure their effective operational relevance for the IBM account Manage and mitigate operational risks by providing guidance and advice on health and safety risk management at all levels Ensure building-related risk assessments are implemented in accordance with legal requirements and IBM’s Risk Control Standards Manage facility service delivery for the assigned portfolio in line with all agreed contractual policies, procedures, and scope Ensure vendors comply with service delivery standards, documenting and managing scope changes and instances of underperformance Develop and implement innovative programs and processes to reduce short- and long-term operational costs and increase productivity Lead, manage, and develop regional HSSE teams for the account, maintaining an appropriate structure to guarantee operational HSSE management Desired experience and technical skills Intermediate English Proven experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) or Facility Management In-depth knowledge of current legislation regarding health, safety, and environment Experience in incident and accident investigations Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders Capacity to lead teams and foster a safety culture Knowledge of risk control standards and HSSE best practices If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
