Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Assistant Accountant to support the organization's accounting, tax, and financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and asset control. Key Highlights: 1. Support the organization's accounting, tax, and financial operations. 2. Prepare financial statements and determine costs. 3. Manage depreciation, amortization, and tax compliance. We are looking for an **Assistant Accountant** to join our accounting team. The primary objective of this position is to support the proper accounting, tax, and financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree required or in process). * **Experience:** 2 years in similar positions or as an Accounting/Tax Supervisor. * Proactive attitude, leadership skills, and excellent organizational ability. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **Financial Reporting:** Preparation of financial statements and accurate cost determination. * **Asset Control:** Management of depreciation, amortization of fixed assets, and cleanup of accounting accounts. * **Treasury:** Cash flow management. * **Tax Compliance:** * Calculation of provisional ISR payments and tax withholdings. * Determination of final VAT payments. * Filing of informative tax returns. * Issuance and review of CFDIs and control of Electronic Accounting. * **Management and Auditing:** Processing of tax refunds and timely response to audits. * **Social Security:** Control and calculation of IMSS, Infonavit, and ISN (Payroll Tax) obligations. **What We Offer** We want you to grow with us, so we offer a compensation package exceeding legal requirements: * **Year-end Bonus:** 30 days. * **Vacation Bonus:** 40%. * **Meal Vouchers:** Monthly. * **Life Insurance.** Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Company phone * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
