Opportunity for growth into process engineering or operational leadership. **Operations and Equipment Assembly Engineer** **Suggested Salary Range:** $25,000 – $28,000 **Ideal Profile** A practical and solution-oriented engineer capable of actively participating in the installation, disassembly, assembly, adjustment, and operation of industrial equipment and production lines. **Required Experience** · 3 to 6 years in industrial machinery operation, maintenance, or integration. · Experience participating in the assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of complete equipment or production lines. · Practical knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems. · Experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing industries is desirable. · A valid passport and visa are desirable. · Occasional travel availability required. **Responsibilities** * Participate in equipment installation, assembly, and adjustment. * Support machinery disassembly and relocation. * Operate and adjust production and packaging lines. * Diagnose and resolve operational failures. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Support continuous improvement and operational optimization. * Participate in operational startup and expansion. **Expected Development** Opportunity for growth into process engineering, maintenance, or operational leadership as the plant expands. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:40; Friday: 08:00–17:20 **IMPORTANT**: Current workplace: Ciudad Granja.
