WHEN AT THE PLANT: * 10% food vouchers, * Savings fund * 6% savings fund contribution * Personal loans. **Responsibilities:** * **Construction Planning and Scheduling** * Develop and update the **construction schedule**, detailing activities, durations, and execution sequence of the project; adjust the timeline when project changes or deviations occur. * **Project Progress Monitoring** * Conduct periodic monitoring of the **physical progress of construction**, comparing it against the established schedule. * Identify time or resource deviations and propose corrective actions. * **Coordination with Involved Departments:** site supervisors, foremen, contractors, and administrative departments. * **Resource Control:** planning for labor, machinery, and materials usage and ensuring their availability according to scheduled timelines. * **Reporting and Information Control**, including periodic progress reports, presentations, databases, and records. * **Project Management Support** * Participate in construction progress meetings. * Assist in documenting project changes.
