




Job Summary: Responsible for process quality control, problem solving, implementation of customer requirements, and continuous improvement in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and analyze quality data in the production process 2. Lead investigation and analysis of process anomalies 3. Promote process capability improvement Process Quality Control Monitor and analyze quality data in the production process, identify potential issues, and promote corrective and preventive actions. Establish, improve, and optimize process quality control standards and inspection specifications (e.g., SOP, WI, QC engineering drawings). Quality Problem Solving Lead investigation and analysis of process anomalies, organize the preparation of 8D reports, and track improvement actions. Collaborate with production, process, and equipment departments to resolve on-site process issues. Implementation of Customer Quality Requirements Understand customer requirements and translate them into process control points to ensure products meet customer quality standards. Support customer audits and third-party audits, and follow up on corrective actions. Continuous Improvement and Risk Control Promote process capability improvement (e.g., CP, CPK, and other metrics). Participate in new product introductions. Requirements: \- Intermediate-to-advanced conversational English \- Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technician degree. At least 1 year of experience in quality-related roles within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in office software and basic statistical data analysis tools. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic process flows. Teamwork skills.
