Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Officer to safeguard the integrity of personnel, assets, and facilities by controlling access and reporting incidents. Key Highlights: 1. We have a strong Research and Development Department. **SECURITY OFFICER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Asset Security * Access Control * Personal Defense * Radio Communication Equipment * Metal Detectors * Fire Prevention and Suppression * First Aid * Good Documentation Practices * Computer Equipment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Shift handover, reporting updates and/or pending instructions * Pedestrian and vehicular access control * Inspection of personnel upon entry and exit from the facility * Registration of external personnel (suppliers, contractors, visitors, etc.) * Periodic inspection of employee lockers at the facility * Monitor compliance with internal regulations * Submit reports in case of incidents or observed risk actions within the company * Verify proper registration of products entering the PT warehouse * Remain attentive to radio communication with colleagues and supervisor * Safeguard the integrity of personnel, assets, and facilities of the company * Receive, register, and deliver per diem allowances designated for external drivers from the traffic department * Inspect the placement of security locks and straps on transport units * Monitor the use of parking spaces assigned to company employees * Receive, register, and safeguard documentation related to product returns assigned to day and night external trips * Daily and nightly opening of the materials warehouse Schedule: Rotating Operational shifts: 12x24, Monday through Sunday Benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Cafeteria * Pantry * Birthday leave * Attendance and punctuality bonus * Additional 15-day year-end bonus * Semi-annual productivity bonus * Savings fund * Savings plan * etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,188\.74 per month Work Location: On-site employment
