Post and position job openings across various platforms **Aronnax SA de CV is seeking a Recruiter in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Description** A growing company is seeking a **Recruiter** with a strategic focus, results orientation, and experience in high-volume hiring and specialized profiles. **What We Offer?** * Base monthly salary of **$16,500 MXN (tax-free)**, paid biweekly * **Monthly performance bonus of $1,500 MXN (tax-free)** * Statutory benefits from day one * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Work tools (mobile phone and laptop) * Central location with easy access **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (preferably in related fields) * Minimum **2 years of recruitment experience** (operational and/or specialized) * Experience in **high-volume hiring and simultaneous management of multiple job openings** * Proficiency in diverse recruitment sources: job boards, social media, field recruitment, and referrals * Experience managing **recruitment KPIs** (time-to-fill, hire rate, etc.) **Main Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Design and implement talent attraction strategies for various profiles * Post and position job openings across various platforms * Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates * Maintain timely follow-up with candidates * Propose process, source, and talent attraction strategy improvements **Work Location** Av.
