**DURAN ALONSO CONSTRUCTORES** We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing of furniture, specifically high-quality jewelry display units, although we also carry out residential construction, schools, and civil works. *Our motto* *"If it doesn't exist, we design it."* ***POSITION OBJECTIVE*** Generate renders from 3D models **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** **3D Modeling:** Ability to create and modify three-dimensional models. **Proficiency in common software:** 3ds Max, Corona Render, Photoshop, ZBrush, Vray **Rendering engine:** Understanding of how a rendering engine works to produce realistic images. **3D Lighting:** Use of natural light, artificial light, HDRI, shadows, and reflections. Understanding how lighting affects scene realism. **Optimization and performance:** Ability to reduce rendering times without sacrificing quality. Use of proxies, instances, quality settings, etc. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** **Interpret 3D models or blueprints** * Read architectural plans or technical designs. * Adapt or create 3D models if necessary. * Collaborate with architects, designers, or engineers to understand the project. **Apply realistic lighting** * Set up natural lighting (sun/daylight) or artificial lighting (lamps, LEDs, spotlights). * Use HDRI lighting for indoor or outdoor environments. * Adjust shadows, intensity, and reflections to achieve a realistic atmosphere. **Assign materials and textures** * Apply textures and maps to models: wood, stone, glass, metal, etc. * Adjust properties such as glossiness, opacity, roughness, or refraction. * Use normal, displacement, or bump maps for enhanced detail. **Render images or animations** * Configure render quality, resolution, and output format. * Execute the rendering process, which may take minutes to hours. * Optimize rendering time without compromising quality when necessary. **Project delivery** * Export images or videos in appropriate formats (JPG, PNG, TIFF, MP4, etc.). * Present renders professionally (with logos, branding, backgrounds). * Make revisions based on client feedback. ***REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*** * Reading and interpreting architectural blueprints * Basic knowledge of architecture or interior design * Visual communication and client presentation * Time management and meeting deadlines under pressure * Technical English (useful for tutorials, software, and resources) ***MINIMUM EDUCATION*** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields **SCHEDULE:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8AM TO 5PM AND SATURDAYS FROM 9AM TO 1PM **WE OFFER** \*Job stability. \*Positive work environment. \*Competitive salary. **\* Fixed-term contract (Approximately 1 year)** **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * IMSS * 15-day Christmas bonus * Profit sharing * 25% vacation premium Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Rendering: 2 years (Required) Work location: On-site
