**Store Supervisor \- TEHUACAN** The Store Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, efficient inventory management, and maximizing sales. Will supervise a team of 8 employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead the sales team to ensure excellent customer service. * Manage inventory, including receiving, storage, and stock control. * Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability. * Handle and resolve conflicts with customers and employees. * Keep the store organized, clean, and safe. * Perform daily cash closing and verify accuracy of amounts. * Prepare and conduct weekly sales schedule, including results analysis and planning. Requirements: Previous experience in store management or supervision of sales teams. Basic computer and management system knowledge.
