Position Objective: Ensure efficient and timely supply of raw materials, inputs, and services required for company operations, optimizing costs and guaranteeing supplier quality. Main Responsibilities: \- Manage the acquisition of key inputs required for production. \- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time. \- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as procurement costs, delivery times, and contract compliance. \- Develop purchasing strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality or operational continuity. \- Administer supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. \- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, and Logistics to align needs and purchasing planning. \- Supervise inventory levels and conduct demand analysis to prevent shortages or overstocking. \- Implement continuous improvement processes in purchasing management, including technological tools and innovative methodologies. Requirements: \- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement within the industrial sector \- Skills: Negotiation, cost management, supplier analysis, purchase ERP systems. (SAP B1 would be a plus).
