We are a company with over 30 years in the market, currently seeking: Operations Manager with experience in security Mandatory – Verifiable Job Description: We seek a strategic leader responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with protocols and the efficiency of personnel under their supervision. MANDATORY: Experience managing personnel. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise security guard staffing. Design and implement standing orders and contingency plans. Direct client interaction and performance indicator (KPI) management. Ensure service delivery compliance. Ensure compliance with physical and asset security regulations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in operational security management. Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Criminology, or related field). Knowledge: Management of operational personnel, reaction protocols, and crisis management. Skills: Leadership, decision-making under pressure, and excellent communication.
