Benefits exceeding legal requirements **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * Ability to work under pressure. * Conflict resolution and decision-making skills. * Proactive attitude. * Teamwork skills. * Customer service orientation. * User support (direct interaction). * Effective communication skills. * Documentation ability. * Process-oriented work approach. **Knowledge:** • Installation and administration of Windows and Linux operating systems. • Active Directory administration. • Virtualization (Hyper\-V, VMware, Citrix). • End-user technical support (hardware and software). • Use of ticketing management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI or similar). • Network configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic VLANs). • Network infrastructure support (Cisco switches, APs). • Printer installation and configuration (including Zebra). • Email configuration on computers and mobile devices. • Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. • IT asset inventory and management. • Hardware and device warranty management. • Basic server monitoring and alert review. • Basic data center knowledge (organization, temperature, best practices). • Corporate software installation and configuration. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Continuous training and certification. * Professional growth. * Training. **Position Type:** Full-time – On-site.
