Join us and let us focus together on what’s truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world. **About the role:** For SI México, we are looking for a full time Low Code Junior Developer who will be responsible for supporting our SI business to develop low code applications, optimize and digitalize business processes **What are my responsibilities?** * Identify new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with consultants and process owners. * Being part of the project life cycle, starting from process analysis, simplification, development, testing and maintenance * Develop Low Code applications on platforms like Power Apps or Mendix * Create UI designs and prototypes * Enable API services for existing applications * Use Microsoft 365 tools including Power Apps and Power Automate * Continuously support and maintain existing low\-code applications * Participate in process optimization \& design workshops as part of an agile project team * Support internal improvement, ideations and innovation programs * Participate in projects within Americas region **Requirements/Qualifications:** * Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related discipline. * Graduated from university within the last 12 months * Knowledge on algorithms and coding, low\-code application development experience * Experience of User experience (UX) and User interface (UI) * Knowledge and experience with API, SQL, Excel VBA, HTML, Java, CSS, JavaScript, OpenSSL * Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities) * Strong numeracy and problem\-solving skills * Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions * Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness * This Person will be trained and certified in Mendix solutions (Low code Siemens solution) * Advanced English is a must (B2 at least, C1 is a plus) * Project management skills due to direct interaction with the business * Minimum 1 year of experience with low or no code application development * Lean/Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum methodologies know\-how is preferred. * Experience in Power Apps applications is a plus * Inspired by new technology implementations and being early adapter * Having a growth mindset and enjoying continuous learning * Knowledge of algorithms and coding * Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with international project member **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement** Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
