Candidate Profile Required:
* Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete university degree in administrative fields.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative roles and reception.
* General knowledge of basic accounting, switchboard operation, and Microsoft Office.
* Skills: Customer service, effective communication, empathy, responsibility, proactivity, honesty, discretion.
Responsibilities:
* Answer calls and welcome visitors to the corporate office courteously.
* Receive customers, in-person and telephone visitors, and handle incoming mail.
* Process sales requests and quotations submitted by staff members.
* Request and manage stationery and office supplies.
* Assist with HR activities (access card administration, batteries, training courses, attendance lists, and cafeteria deductions).
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
