We seek a strategic leader with solid experience in Data, Analytics, and AI—capable of connecting technology with business outcomes—driving initiatives in automation, predictive modeling, data governance, and executive decision-making. This position will play a key role in the company’s digital transformation, leading specialized teams in Databases, BI, Analytics, and Data Governance, and collaborating directly with executive and operational departments to foster an organization-wide Data-Driven culture. **WHAT WILL BE THE CHALLENGE?** * + Design and evolve the corporate Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives. + Transform operational data into strategic information for executive decision-making. + Drive advanced analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the organization. + Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on Databases, BI, Analytics, and Data Governance. + Modernize data architectures and strengthen governance, quality, and information exploitation capabilities. + Promote adoption of AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation technologies in key business processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * + Lead Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science initiatives. + Design data architectures for executive KPIs, dashboards, and enterprise analytical models. + Manage projects related to Machine Learning, predictive models, classification, time series, and business-applied AI. + Manage the analytical model lifecycle using MLOps practices. + Drive automation, generative AI, and intelligent agent initiatives aimed at operational efficiency. + Ensure corporate data governance, integrity, availability, and quality. + Coordinate strategies for technical documentation, metadata, and data structures. + Collaborate with Executive Management and operational departments to translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions. + Lead the technological evolution of the company’s data ecosystem. **REQUIREMENTS** * + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Data Science, or related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience leading Data, BI, Analytics, Data Governance, or AI departments. + Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. + Knowledge of modern data architectures, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse. + Experience with Business Intelligence and enterprise analytics tools. + Knowledge of Machine Learning, applied AI, automation, and predictive modeling. + Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL database technologies. + Desired experience in Big Data environments and Cloud platforms. + Intermediate English proficiency. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * + Strategic leadership + Communication and influence + Results orientation + Decision-making + Innovation and digital transformation + Cross-functional negotiation and collaboration **WE OFFER** * + Additional 15-day year-end bonus + Vacation premium exceeding statutory requirements + Savings fund + Life insurance + Major medical expense insurance + Dental services + Company vehicle, fuel, and maintenance + Continuous training + 50% discount on shipments + Paid leave during Holy Week + Opportunity to lead corporate-level strategic Data & AI initiatives At PAQUETEXPRESS, we promote an inclusive, diverse, and non-discriminatory environment.
