Promote and supervise appropriate conduct among monitors to maintain a positive working environment at the security monitoring center. Document and update procedures; train staff under supervision; generate reports; process area-generated information and convert it into performance indicators; ensure compliance with departmental performance indicators. · SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Systems, Administrative Fields, or related disciplines. 2 years of experience in GPS, CCTV, and alarm monitoring. Experience implementing and improving quality management systems. Experience developing procedures and records. Experience preparing executive reports. Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with GPS platforms, CCTV systems, and alarm systems.
