Position Summary: Supervises maintenance compliance, optimizes operations, analyzes incidents, and ensures proper functioning of units, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Execution and compliance with scheduled maintenance 2. Statistical analysis for preventive measures 3. Participation in continuous improvement projects **WORKSHOP MANAGER** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **Shift:** 8 AM to 5 PM. *Availability as required by operations.* **Objectives:** Objectives listed in order of priority for the position 1\. Ensure correct execution of scheduled maintenance 2\. Maintain units in optimal operating condition 3\. Analyze unit incident statistics to establish preventive measures 4\. Ensure compliance with administrative policies and maintenance control procedures 5\. Ensure availability of necessary spare parts and tools for maintenance execution 6\. Track work orders (WO) and service sheets (SS) for units and ensure proper system closure 7\. Participate in continuous improvement projects 8\. Optimize maintenance expenses (overtime, spare parts, etc.) 9\.
