Shrimp freezing plant requires a Cold Storage Supervisor for its new season. Requirements: * High school diploma or higher (preferably in administrative, engineering, or related fields). * Age between 25 and 40. * Experience operating forklifts. * Knowledge of hygiene and safety in food handling. * Experience in finished goods warehouse operations. * Experience in cold environment warehouses. * Experience in temperature monitoring. * High level of responsibility and discipline. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Ability to organize and coordinate storage and product distribution activities. * Problem-solving and decision-making ability. * Tracking of incoming and outgoing goods to maintain up-to-date inventory records. * Experience in completing and controlling daily product reports. * Experience or knowledge of shipping operations. * Communication skills. * Willingness to work as part of a team. * Availability of time. * Immediate availability.
