You’ll build the content engine from scratch—no templates, no legacy processes, no pre-existing team. That means you’ll have significant autonomy (and responsibility). It also means there will be chaos: we’ll iterate fast, test things, fail, learn, and adjust. If you need everything perfectly defined from day one, this role isn’t for you. We’re integrating AI across the entire content workflow—not as a side tool, but as part of the creative process. We expect you to constantly experiment with new tools and find ways to produce more, better, and faster. You’ll build the content engine from day one and elevate the quality of our messaging: define a clear cadence, publish consistently, measure what works, and turn those learnings into the next iteration. You’ll conduct research, interviews, and rapid message testing—and convert insights into content people understand and want to consume/share (videos, ads, articles, carousels, webinars, landing pages, and product materials). You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and the CEO to deeply understand both the product and our users. Your work will focus on two things: * Building a clear, simple, and trustworthy brand narrative, and * Turning that narrative into pieces and campaigns that deliver measurable results You’ll also help organize activations and events (online and in-person) to connect with our community and amplify our message. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and execute the editorial calendar (social, blog/SEO, video, webinars, and product materials). * Define and maintain the “message house” (value proposition, pillars/reasons to believe, proof points, objections/FAQs, tone, and audience-specific claims). * Write and edit copy for web, ads, emails, and social media—ensuring tone, clarity, and conversion. * Create video content (including on-camera when applicable): scripts, hooks, structure, basic recording, and distribution. * Lead creative development for paid campaigns without managing media buying: concepts, angles, scripts, variations, and A/B tests (in coordination with performance teams). * Coordinate with design (in-house or freelance) to produce brand-consistent assets; and when applicable, create quick drafts/prototypes using AI (concepts, simple layouts, variants) to accelerate iteration. * Interview users, internal team members, and partners to generate content grounded in real insights. * Own the webinar/activation lifecycle: promotion, impact measurement, and content repurposing (clips, carousels, email, blog, landing page updates). (The team hosts.) * Measure impact and learn quickly across the entire content engine (organic, video, paid campaigns, webinars): engagement, watch time, CTR/CVR per piece/message, assisted/attributed leads, actionable learnings, and next tests. * Use AI for research, ideation, and pre-production (outlines, scripts, hooks, variants), while maintaining editorial standards. #### **What does success look like here?** **In the first 3 months:** * We have a clear brand narrative that everyone in the company can articulate * An editorial calendar is live and operating at a sustainable cadence * We’re publishing consistently across at least 2–3 channels * You have data on what’s working (and what’s not) and are iterating weekly **At 6 months:** * The content engine delivers measurable results: traffic, engagement, assisted leads * We have a proven event/webinar system with effective repurposing in place * Our brand narrative is externally recognizable * You’ve identified the highest-ROI channels/formats and doubled down effort there #### **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or growth for digital products. * Excellent writing: concise, clear, direct. We are a digital company with over 20 years of experience providing financial services to the mass market. **Objective:** Increase portfolio of clients affiliated with the ConCrédito platform (Empresarias ConCrédito). **Requirements:** Customer service Experience in fieldwork (canvassing) Strong communication skills Knowledge and ability to use digital platforms Availability to work 90% operationally and 10% administratively **We Offer:** Base Salary of $8,400.00 gross per month.
