The selected candidate must deliver excellent, personalized service to customers, helping create the BIMBA Y LOLA experience and becoming the primary brand ambassador, while performing the following responsibilities: * Customer assistance and guidance throughout their in-store journey. * Store opening and closing procedures. * Scheduling and organizing staff work shifts and timetables. * Monitoring staff punctuality and ensuring the store is fully prepared before opening and after closing to the public. Including supervision of store visual merchandising. * Planning and forecasting store needs according to sales periods. * Direct responsibility for daily sales revenue control and supervision of cash registers.
