**Badak Soluciones is looking for a Junior UX Designer in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU!**We are seeking a Junior UX Designer**with solid foundations in user-centered design, visual sensitivity, and excellent proficiency in **Figma**, who wishes to grow professionally by working on real digital products and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: * Collaborate on designing interfaces for digital products (web and mobile). * Create **wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** in Figma with a high level of detail. * Apply **UX and UI principles**: visual hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and consistency. * Maintain and use **design systems** (components, styles, tokens). * Iterate designs based on feedback from senior UX designers, product, and development teams. * Support basic research (benchmarking, flow analysis, heuristics). * Prepare clear handoff to developers (specs, comments, assets). Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 0–2 years of experience as a UX/UI or digital designer (or strong internship/portfolio). **Proficiency in Figma is mandatory**: * Auto Layout * Components and variants * Styles (color, text) * Interactive prototypes Basic knowledge of **UX**: * User flows * Wireframing * Usability * Nielsen’s heuristics (desirable) * Strong visual design sense: typography, spacing, color, alignment. * Ability to receive feedback and iteratively improve. * Portfolio (academic or personal is acceptable).
