You will develop AI agents and full\-stack platform features, improve CI/CD and observability, and apply secure SDLC and privacy\-centric design across the delivery lifecycle. Apply now to help expand a platform with dozens of agents already in production **Responsibilities** * Develop and ship end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform features that enable fast GenAI agent development, validation, and production release * Implement developer tooling, streamline CI/CD processes, and improve observability, including evaluation tools, canary testing, rollback capabilities, and measurement of cost and quality metrics * Apply secure software development lifecycle practices and privacy priorities by performing threat assessments and enforcing least privilege principles * Coordinate with product leads, UX professionals, and domain specialists to deliver user\-focused outcomes with measurable results * Apply advanced LLM techniques such as retrieval\-augmented generation, smart routing, tool integration, and evaluation to increase reliability, reduce decision latency, enhance trust and safety, and lower operational costs * Lead technically by influencing architecture, mentoring team members, and overseeing significant projects **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software engineering positions * Track record of delivering software products independently or as part of small, agile teams * Hands\-on experience moving AI agents from concept through deployment, including safety validation, iterative testing such as A/B experiments, and ongoing optimization * Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Experience with fundamental machine learning workflows, including model training, deployment, and monitoring * Understanding of regulatory standards such as SOC2 and HIPAA * Strong problem\-solving abilities, high accountability, and effective communication across teams * Advanced full\-stack development expertise and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Background in CI/CD pipeline automation and Infrastructure as Code * Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices * Experience with quality assurance and testing strategies * Understanding of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-centric design * Proficiency in TypeScript * Advanced English communication skills (B2\+), written and spoken **Nice to have** * Knowledge of large language model architecture, common failure points, and approaches such as fine\-tuning and model adaptation * Experience building Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
