Apply today to make a broad impact with GenAI **Responsibilities** * Build and deliver end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform modules that support fast GenAI agent creation, evaluation, and deployment * Create developer tools, automate CI/CD workflows, and boost observability, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollbacks, and monitoring of cost and quality * Incorporate secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first practices, including threat analysis and least\-privilege enforcement * Work with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver user\-centric solutions with measurable results * Use advanced LLM strategies such as retrieval\-augmented generation, intelligent routing, tool integration, and evaluation to improve reliability, accelerate decisions, enhance trust and safety, and optimize query costs * Guide technical execution by shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and leading major initiatives **Requirements** * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in software engineering positions * 1\+ year of experience leading and supervising engineering teams * Demonstrated success delivering software solutions independently or with small, high\-performing teams * Real\-world experience moving AI agents from ideation to production, including safety checks, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization * Proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Solid experience with core machine learning workflows, including training, deployment, and oversight * Knowledge of SOC2 and HIPAA compliance frameworks * Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership\-driven collaboration * Advanced full\-stack development skills with exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP * Experience with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code practices * Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts and service stability * Background in quality assurance and testing methodologies * Awareness of secure development lifecycle practices and privacy\-first approaches * Strong TypeScript proficiency * English proficiency at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) or higher, written and spoken **Nice to have** * Insight into large language models, their limitations, and techniques like fine\-tuning and model customization * Experience developing Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
