Guadalajara UX/UI Design Engineer Descripción larga We are looking for a **talented UX Designer** to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences for complex digital products in the clinical research domain. If you are passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs, this role is for you. YOUR ROLE: * Plan and conduct **user research** and **usability testing** to uncover insights. * Translate research findings into **user journeys**, **wireframes**, and **interactive prototypes**. * Apply strong knowledge of **information architecture** and **interaction design** for complex workflows. * Ensure designs follow **visual design principles**, hierarchy, and **accessibility best practices**. * Work with and contribute to **design systems** to maintain product consistency. * Collaborate closely with **product managers**, **developers**, and cross\-functional teams. * Communicate design rationale confidently and present to diverse stakeholder audiences. * Use **analytics, feedback, and data** to inform and iterate on design solutions. * Operate within **agile processes**, balancing speed, quality, and business goals. YOUR PROFILE: * 4–6 years of direct UX experience. * Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects for complex workflows. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * **Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, Veeva, Oracle, or similar platforms.** * **Preferred:** Background in **clinical trials**, especially in **Oncology**.
