You will drive architecture, CI/CD and IaC maturity, and privacy\-first delivery with cross\-functional partners—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Architect and ship end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform modules that enable fast GenAI agent creation, evaluation, and deployment * Create tooling, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollback strategies, and performance tracking * Apply secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first approaches via risk analysis and access minimization * Coordinate with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver user\-focused solutions with measurable outcomes * Use LLM strategies such as retrieval\-augmented generation, retrieval, routing, tool integration, and evaluation to increase reliability, reduce decision latency, raise safety and trust, and optimize costs * Mentor engineers, set architectural direction, and stay hands\-on in high\-impact initiatives **Requirements** * Broad professional software engineering experience of 7\+ years in hands\-on roles * At least 2 years of people or technical leadership guiding developer teams to successful delivery * Documented success owning 2\-3 projects spanning system design and architecture from concept through release * Capability to ship solutions independently or collaborate effectively in small, nimble teams * Direct experience bringing AI agents to production, including safety reviews, iterative experiments such as A/B testing, and continuous refinement * Strong experience with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases or RAG frameworks, and OpenSearch * Practical understanding of ML workflows including training, deployment, and operational oversight * Awareness of compliance requirements including SOC2 and HIPAA * Clear analytical reasoning, strong ownership, and effective collaboration and communication * Advanced full\-stack engineering skills with cloud exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP * Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code * Working familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering concepts * Experience applying quality assurance practices and testing methodologies * Knowledge of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first design principles * Proficiency in TypeScript * English language skills at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) or higher, written and spoken **Nice to have** * Familiarity with large language model internals, constraints, and failure modes * Experience applying advanced methods such as fine\-tuning and adapting models
