Drive innovation and best practices in software engineering **Description** --------------- A **Senior Software Engineer**at ARCOS is a technical leader and mentor within our agile development team, responsible for collaborating with the team and designing, developing, and delivering high\-quality software solutions while driving innovation and best practices. **This role is a hybrid role: twice a week in our office in Guadalajara.** **Requirements** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience). * 5\+ years of experience or equivalent proficiency in full\-stack enterprise software development (UI, backend, API, database). * Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns.
