Position Summary: Responsible for executing and maintaining on-site inventory control, ensuring proper material handling from receipt through to customer dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end inventory management, from receipt to dispatch 2. Physical and system-based handling and safeguarding of materials 3. Application of safety protocols for chemical handling **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and maintain on-site inventory control to ensure proper handling of materials under the incumbent’s responsibility—from material receipt, safeguarding and storage, through to correct dispatch to the customer. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive materials arriving at the Site and ensure their accurate registration and appropriate physical and system-based placement. * Safeguard materials both physically and within the system to enable accurate tracking. * Organize, clean, and preserve materials located at the Site. * Execute dispatch at the service counter and point-of-use. * Carry out proper dispatch and handling of chemicals, adhering to applicable safety protocols. * Perform any other duties required in support of the position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures. * Know and follow area procedures documented in the SGI. Requirements: **EDUCATION:**Secondary school **EXPERIENCE:**1 year as a Warehouse Associate **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Knowledge of material dispatch and safeguarding. 2. Knowledge of 5S methodology. 3. Customer-service orientation. 4. Inventory management.
