This internship will provide advanced hands\-on experience in process flow improvement, diagram flow creation, process mapping, and capacity analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, advanced problem\-solving skills, and a passion for optimizing operations in a dynamic environment.* What a typical day looks like:*Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location or product being manufactured. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:** *Daily meeting with CFT related to process/product.* * *Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects manufacturing problems and deficiencies.* * *Conduct in\-depth analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.* * *Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.* * *Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable improvements.* * *Facilitate process mapping sessions with cross\-functional teams to document and analyze workflows.
