





Japanese cuisine restaurant ICHIKANI is seeking your talent as: **SUSHERO** A sushero is a professional dedicated to preparing sushi, adhering to quality standards and food hygiene and safety regulations. Some of the sushero’s responsibilities include: * Preparing ingredients for production, such as cutting vegetables and proteins * Preparing dressings, sauces, and seasonings * Ensuring ingredient quality and freshness * Maintaining a clean and organized workstation * Managing dish deliveries per order * Reporting raw material and supply consumption * Controlling food portion sizes * Requesting raw materials and consumables * Preparing the daily production list * Cleaning, inventorying, and organizing the sushi refrigerator REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushero * Availability to rotate opening, intermediate, and closing shifts.
