




**Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and passionate **Cook** to join our team at **CENADURIA RICKY**. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a team under pressure. Responsibilities include preparing dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every service. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and kitchen utensils. * Verify freshness and quality of ingredients before use. * Control portions and minimize waste to optimize costs. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate with waiters and runners to ensure efficient service. * Report any incidents or supply needs to the Operations Manager. * Assist in the proper receiving and storage of products and supplies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cook in restaurants or similar businesses. * Knowledge of basic and advanced cooking techniques. * Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and in a team. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Minimum education: Secondary school or equivalent (additional culinary training is a plus). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for growth and learning within the restaurant.
