Our values guide us toward teamwork, productivity, innovation, and integrity. **Job Mission:** Manage trend research and collections for the Interior Design Private Label. **Job Responsibilities:** Ensure that the Interior Design Private Label collections align with the latest market trends through research, analysis, and presentation of innovative and strategic design proposals. * Key Responsibilities **Trend and Collection Research:** Conduct thorough and ongoing research on global and local interior design, design, color, material, and lifestyle trends. Analyze current and upcoming Private Label collections to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Evaluate and select key trends relevant and applicable to the Private Label’s strategy and positioning. * Required Skills and Knowledge Strong knowledge of and passion for interior design, design, and home fashion. Analytical ability to translate complex trends into actionable product strategies. Advanced proficiency in creating visually appealing and well-structured presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
