Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for technical support, infrastructure operations, systems maintenance, and junior web development, with knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress. Junior Web Development in PHP, JavaScript, and Vue Main Responsibilities **Technical Support and Operations** * Handle basic hardware and software incidents (PCs, laptops, printers, network, WiFi). * Track internal tickets with a solution-oriented and organized attitude. * Maintain equipment ready for use: formatting, backups, diagnostics. * Document solutions and processes to improve response times. **Infrastructure and Systems** * Monitor the overall status of the network, access points, routers, and servers. * Assist with configurations, adjustments, and preventive maintenance. * Collaborate on improving the company’s technological environment. * Web Development (Junior Level) * Perform minor adjustments to existing projects developed in PHP, JavaScript, and Vue. * Collaborate on integration with web platforms such as WordPress and WooCommerce. * Assist with testing, debugging, and technical documentation. * Learn good programming practices and participate in code improvements according to internal guidelines. **Essential Requirements** **Basic knowledge of:** * PHP, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (Vue.js or React). * HTML/CSS and frontend fundamentals. * WordPress / WooCommerce (management, plugins, adjustments). * Experience or clear understanding of end-user technical support. * Basic MySQL database handling (query level). * General networking knowledge (IP, modems, routers, WiFi). * Ability to solve technical problems patiently and judiciously. **Desirable (not mandatory)** * Familiarity with REST APIs. * Experience using Git. **Interest in improving internal automations or processes.** **Basic knowledge of Linux and server environments.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
