Main Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor footwear production schedules. * Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed. * Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards. * Generate efficiency and productivity reports. Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Production Systems, or related field completed. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production programming or planning within the footwear industry. * Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in production planning and control systems. * Strong organizational, analytical, and effective communication skills.
