We are seeking an HVAC Technician with verifiable experience. If you have field technical experience, mastery of industrial HVAC systems, and are accustomed to being accountable for results, timelines, and customers, this position is for you. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on HVAC equipment. * Diagnose faults in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * Handle refrigerants and measurement tools (manometers, multimeters, vacuum pumps). * Inspect and repair equipment such as **Mini-split, Packaged, Fan & Coil, VRF**, among others. * Complete reports, logs, and photographic evidence. * Support general maintenance activities as required. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in the HVAC field. * Knowledge of basic electricity and refrigeration. * Proficiency with specialized tools. * Technical education or related degree (preferred). * Ability to work onsite and at heights (if applicable). * Availability for regular working hours and possible emergency calls. **Competencies and Skills** * Technical diagnosis and problem-solving. * Teamwork and customer orientation. * Attention to detail and time management. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for internal growth. * Excellent work environment.
