Manage tooling strategy and performance **Die Cast Tool Engineer** ##### **What you’ll do:** * Lead the development and delivery of die casting tooling and fixtures, ensuring readiness for new product launches, including molds, trim dies, machining fixtures, and automation components, while meeting quality, performance, and productivity targets. * Drive tooling optimization and continuous improvement, influencing part design for manufacturability, implementing best practices (yokoten), and ensuring compliance with global standards, automation requirements, and cost efficiency. * Manage tooling strategy and performance, including supplier selection, budget input, cost control, design release (2D/3D in PDM), risk tracking, and maintenance planning to ensure robust processes and long\-term tool reliability. ##### **What is required:** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in Die Cast process, continuous improvement projects and cost efficiency. * Advanced English is mandatory. ##### **What’s in it for you:** * Attractive compensation package * Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. * Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
