Request budget estimates for project execution according to predetermined costs and timelines. Review and implement the construction schedule with the team, on time and as planned. Collaborate with the Site Administrator in developing the procurement and supply distribution schedule, based on the project’s allocated budget. Define and coordinate construction execution activities through human and material resources. Execute construction work in accordance with applicable regulations and the executive project design. Maintain constant communication with the materials testing laboratory to promptly address any quality issues arising during the process. Monitor and ensure adherence to the construction schedule. Verify existence and validity of construction permits and licenses. Ensure safety in all on-site processes. Supervise project income and expenditures in accordance with the allocated budget. Supervise quality and execution processes carried out by contractors and organizational staff. Resolve on-site issues as they arise. Maintain statistical control of construction progress across all phases. Generate weekly physical and financial progress reports.
