




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to prospect, visit customers, demonstrate products, evaluate and quote, with the objective of commercializing brands and products. This position is responsible for executing key steps in the sales process—including prospecting, customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, and quotations—to successfully commercialize the company’s products and brands. It requires capturing the customer’s voice and ensuring their satisfaction above all. **What will you be doing?** * Quoting products and services. * Prospecting, identifying customer needs, generating solutions, and closing sales. * Achieving results: attaining a minimum annual sales target of USD 500,000. * Providing customer personnel training on product usage and maintenance. * Analyzing and reporting market trends and opportunities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Residency in Zapopan or Guadalajara, Jalisco; valid visa and ability to travel. * Experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic English proficiency. * Prior experience with aluminum profiles and accessories is desirable. * Knowledge and application of corporate and industrial sales techniques. * Demonstrable knowledge and application of the sales process. * Familiarity with associations, databases, and channels for market entry in Jalisco. * Ability to manage multiple projects, sales, and clients simultaneously. * Strict discipline in CRM reporting (preferably HubSpot). * Energy, empathy, and results orientation, with strong customer focus. **Essential Competencies:** * Ability to generate conflict-resolution solutions. * Responsibility, proactivity, and commitment. * Focus on both internal and external customers. * Effective communication: assertiveness, clarity of ideas, and leadership expression. **Additional Benefits & Perks:** * Benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Savings fund. * 30 days’ year-end bonus. * Attractive uncapped commission scheme based on profit per sale.
