Management of relationships with prospects and customers Join the MEGA Family RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead, motivate, and develop the assigned team. - Implement in the field the monthly work plan designed at the beginning of each month by the Sales Manager. - Visit prospects and customers. - Submit daily sales figures to the direct supervisor, recording them in the daily sales report for proper follow-up. - Receive and validate rejected transaction numbers from subordinates, following up on those requiring action. - Settle the day's sales amount via the Supervisor's consolidated sales report. REQUIREMENTS: - Personnel under supervision. - Sales experience. - Teamwork skills. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Customer service orientation. - Fieldwork experience. - Valid Class B driver's license.
