Opportunity for growth and direct hiring by the company **FABRICASAS**, a construction company currently experiencing growth, is seeking a Junior Architect to support the design, development, updating, and control of residential architectural projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal guidelines, and technical requirements, under the supervision of the Senior Architect / Project Manager. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support the design, preparation, updating, and control of executive residential architectural drawings for social interest housing, in accordance with INFONAVIT criteria and regulations. * Implement project modifications as directed by the Senior Architect or Project Manager. * Support coordination of projects with various engineering disciplines (structural, electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, gas, and voice/data). * Incorporate changes arising from technical, regulatory, or construction-related observations. * Verify that projects comply with INFONAVIT’s design guidelines, minimum surface areas, heights, accessibility, and habitability requirements. * Support the compilation of technical files for permits, licenses, and authorizations. * Follow up on construction-related observations, making minor project adjustments when required. * Control and organize project technical documentation (versions, cancellations, and substitutions). * Support site visits for surveys, basic supervision, and verification of construction execution in accordance with the project**.** **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture * Graduated or intern status * Professional license (desirable but not mandatory) * 2–5 years of experience in: Residential architectural project development. * Preparation of executive drawings. * Support in engineering coordination. * Experience with residential developers, architecture firms, or construction companies is desirable. * Basic knowledge of municipal and/or INFONAVIT permitting processes and regulations. * AutoCAD (mandatory) * Revit (mandatory) * SketchUp (mandatory) * 3ds Max (desirable) * Microsoft Office suite * Reading and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings * Basic construction and housing regulations * Document control and project version management **We Offer** * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring by the company * Opportunity for growth **We Require** * Architectural drafting * Basic project coordination * Document organization and control * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Effective communication * Responsibility and commitment * Capacity for learning * Time organization and management * Adherence to instructions Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term, Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
