




We are looking for a proactive and analytical Community Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the digital presence of our brands, interacting with the community, and optimizing our social media growth strategies. **Responsibilities:** * **Community Management:** Promptly respond to messages, inquiries, and comments across all official pages. * **Trend Analysis:** Monitor emerging social media trends daily to identify content and engagement opportunities. * **Content Creation and Strategy:** Actively participate in creating posts, basing proposals on trend analysis and performance monitoring of existing content. * **SEO and Growth Optimization:** Optimize profile descriptions (bios, "About" sections) and implement strategies focused on follower growth and reach expansion. * **Post Management:** Manage the content calendar, including scheduling, publishing, and when necessary, updating or removing content from assigned pages. * **Digital Advertising (Paid Media):** Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, both at a basic level (post promotions) and professionally (targeted campaigns using Ads Manager). **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager. * Solid knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook \& Instagram Ads). * Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to analyze metrics and trends.
