Job Requirements: \- Minimum university degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Experience in Networks and Telecommunications. \- Knowledge of teamwork, personnel supervision, conflict resolution, and results orientation. Job Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation technician teams. \- Ensure the proper operation of communication networks and systems. \- Effectively manage the work team. \- Conduct detailed supervision to ensure compliance with regulations. \- Prepare daily reports on work completed that day. Compensation and Additional Benefits: \- Monthly salary of 16000 to 16500\. \- Life insurance. \- Company vehicle. \- Gasoline allowance.
