The eCommerce Analyst Sr supports the operation by ensuring the platform runs smoothly and continues to evolve in line with business needs, maintaining product profile quality through accurate and timely content updates across markets. Role Responsibilities:* Business Analyst with the ability to support and offer solutions to the business functional challenges, driving continuous improvements. * Ability to problem solve, diagramming, write requirements and test specifications based on industry best practices and corporate standards. * Strong process orientation and ability to quickly gain knowledge of business processes and the capability to keep them updated on an ongoing basis. * Capability to act as liaison between global business units and technical teams. Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related field with relevant experience. * Expertise (at least 2 years) in Project Management / Agile (SCRUM) * Strong communication, leadership and listening skills * Advanced English level.
