Industrial, Aguascalientes, Ags. If you have experience in educational sales, commercial prospecting, academic coordination, and team development, this could be your next professional opportunity. Your mission will be to drive the growth of language programs, diploma courses, and certifications by developing effective commercial strategies and ensuring an academically excellent experience for our students. Responsibilities: * Design and implement enrollment and re-enrollment strategies. * Prospect and establish agreements with companies and external clients. * Coordinate academic operations, group openings, and faculty follow-up. * Monitor academic and financial indicators. * Provide student support and follow-up throughout their training. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, or Economics/Administrative fields. * Experience in consultative sales, training, or educational services. * Administrative and academic experience. * Advanced English (C1 level) is mandatory. * Proficiency in Office 365. * CRM and school platform experience is desirable.
