Support for teaching staff and academic coordination **Job Description:** We are looking for a committed **Prefect**, responsible for supporting students’ holistic development as well as maintaining order, discipline, and compliance with institutional guidelines within the school. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervising students during the school day (entry, dismissal, recesses, and class transitions). * Verifying compliance with the **school uniform policy**, as stipulated in the regulations. * Supporting maintenance of order and discipline on campus. * Monitoring incidents and reporting behavioral issues. * Supporting teaching staff and academic coordination. * Promoting institutional values and respectful coexistence. * Maintenance-related duties. **Requirements:** * Prior experience working with children or adolescents (preferably in an educational setting). * Strong communication and group management skills. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Impeccable personal presentation. * Empathy. * Ability to build rapport with students and teachers. * Organization **Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM **Salary:** * $12,000.00 monthly **We Offer:** * Positive work environment * Job stability * Opportunities for professional development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,999.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
