As a Lead Mentor, you will collaborate with faculty, administrative staff, and other lead mentors to foster a supportive and learning-oriented environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the students assigned to your team, providing them with guidance and resources necessary for their academic and personal success. Additionally, you will participate in the planning and implementation of formative and social activities that promote students’ holistic development. Prior experience in similar roles is required, along with strong communication skills and empathy. You must be able to understand and address students’ individual needs, and cultivate an atmosphere of trust and respect.
