Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the registration and control of daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies. Support in monthly and annual closings **Accounting Assistant** A growing company is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant** to support the registration and control of daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording and classification of accounting journal entries. * Bank reconciliations. * Control and filing of accounting documentation. * Support in tax calculation and filing. * Recording and control of income and expenses. * Preparation of basic financial reports. * Support in monthly and annual closings. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as an Accounting Assistant. * Age between **22 and 35 years**. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Proven experience using **CONTPAQi**. * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (in progress or completed). **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and confidentiality. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. \- 1:00 p.m. **Notes** Depending on responsibilities, remote or hybrid work options are available.
