**Mechanical and Plumbing Systems Planner and Supervisor.** Bachelor’s degree: Civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or related field. Professional license and official ID card are mandatory. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design and supervision of **industrial mechanical systems**. * Design and calculation of hydraulic, sanitary, gas, ductwork, and HVAC systems. * Selection of pumping and plumbing equipment. * Up-to-date knowledge of national regulations: NOM-004-SEDG-2004 / NOM-005-SEDG-2005 / NOM-001-CONAGUA-2011 / NOM-002-CONAGUA-1996 / NOM-127-SSA1-2021 / NOM-003-SEMARNAT-1997 / etc. * Knowledge of ASHRAE / SMACNA standards. Software proficiency: * Advanced MS Office. * Advanced MS Project. * AutoCAD (mandatory). * MicroStation (desirable). Competencies: * Project management. * Required English level: B1.
